Your orders undergo processing within 1-3 business days, including weekends and holidays. In the event of a high order volume, there might be a slight delay, and we appreciate your understanding. Should a significant delay occur, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Costs and Estimates

Shipping charges, tailored to your order, are computed and communicated after order placement.The minimum shipping cost is ksh 100 and maximum is Ksh 2000. Please note that these costs are subject to periodic adjustments, and the most up-to-date figures will be communicated via phone call. Occasionally, delivery delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will keep you informed in such situations.

Delivery Methods, Times, and Costs

Standard Shipping Rates: 1-3 business days, Kshs. 500
Kindly be aware that shipping to P.O. boxes is not available. We exclusively deliver to specific locations agreed upon with the client, such as apartments, house numbers, petrol stations, eateries, etc.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive an Order Confirmation. Additionally, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mobile Store Ke is not accountable for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Mobile Store Ke is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately. It’s important to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim filing purposes.
